  • In 2018, every one of our presentations was different and was not be repeated within the calendar year.

We are proud of what we accomplished in 2017 with your support & kindness:

  • We provided 31 learning seminars, including 4 CONNECTING DOTS seminar series. Over 350 mental health professionals, community members and families attended our classes & Symposium. More than 120 programming hours were presented, representing thousands of continuing education credits (CEs) earned by NY licensed Social Workers, Mental Health Counselors, Marriage & Family Therapists and Psychoanalysts – more than quadruple the programing offered in our inaugural year. Our participants enjoyed learning through open conversation and fabulous films. Fountain House catered our seminars with delicious, bounteous and healthy food.

  • We hosted our 3rd Annual Symposium: Finding the Right Mental Health Care Professional on Sunday, September 17th, 2017 in mid-town Manhattan. Guests enjoyed a lively panel conversation, asked through-provoking questions, enjoyed great free refreshments (Fountain House of course!) and bid on our silent auction items, which included Broadway memorabilia, gorgeous art and toys. • Through seminar tuitions, your donations and auction sales, we hit BREAK EVEN for the second consecutive year.  Not bad for our Little Engine That Could.
