A.E.A. ASSISTANT STAGE MANAGER & STAGE MANAGER

For December 2018 Actors Equity Association approved Staged Reading Contract.  Will work with AEA writer/performer for 2 weeks from December 3 – 16.  Performances at the Studio Theatre, Theatre Row, 410 W 42 St, NYC, NY Thursday-Sunday, December 13-17.  Compensation as per Staged Reading Contract, with full benefits and pension benefits.  Must have active Actors Equity Association card or be willing to join Actors Equity and some stage managing experience.  Individuals with mental health conditions or disabilities preferred (but not required).  Send resume and cover letter to:  julieridge@frmf.org.  Interviewing now!

GRANT WRITER for immediate hire part-time:

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Must be a PROFICIENT grant writer.
  • Must be punctual, reliable, dependable, follow directions with ease, able to meet deadlines, work independently.
  • Proven track record.

Compensation:

  • Fee for service commensurate with experience and success in securing grants.

STUDENT INTERNS

Job Duties and Requirements:

  • Must be punctual, reliable, dependable, able to meet deadlines, and work independently.
  • Will report to Foundation President, Julie Ridge, LCSW-R.
  • Will assist with updating resources on web site.
  • Will assist with participant welcome, registration during learning seminars.
  • Students will be supervised during all phases of job duties.

Compensation:

  • Reimbursement for transportation.
  • All seminars are free, usual student fees are waived.
  • Tremendous learning opportunities in running a non-profit organization from the ground up and clinical mental health conditions.
  • Professional referral letters for future jobs or college applications, where applicable.

ARTISTS

The Frank Ridge Memorial Foundation, Inc. holds 2 online auctions annually.  We enjoy sharing and selling art created by individuals with disabilities, mental illnesses and HIV/AIDS.  To have your art entered in our auctions, please send a photo of the art, a description (medium), and size of the piece.  Our committee selects art we feel has the best opportunity to sell.  Artists receive 60% of the proceeds of each sale.  Art must be framed or suitably presentable for sale.  Send photos and descriptions to us at: julieridge@frmf.org
